You can't get enough of Sea Cowpea, a member of the Spinach family enjoying the sea, with olive oil or yoghurt. You can add it to soups, you can also pickle it by boiling it from the front. You can use raw, especially young branches, in salads. If you are keen on cuisine, you should definitely try it boiled like asparagus with hollandaise sauce. It will also give unexpected results in pizza and pasta.
Note: Sea cowpea, whose branches have a juicy structure, will be easily peeled off from the woody thin branch in the center after boiling.
