We harvest the leaves of the kaffir lime tree, which we grow in our application lands, with high scent, aroma and active substance, freshly and send them. It is used in Thai recipes to flavor soups, salads, rice, noodles, curry sauces. For those who like to transform our traditional recipes, we recommend using them in many recipes infused with lemon and peel.
You can bring out more of its aroma by breaking the leaf in half before adding it to your meals. If you are using the leaf fully, we recommend removing it after cooking. It is difficult to consume whole because of its hardness. When it is cut into small pieces, you will not need to remove it from the food.
