We made 3 types of fruit pulp for summer and winter snacks from our pink grapefruits, which are rich in vitamin C.

We cooked it in wood fired cauldrons. We added honey after the temperature of the mixture dropped below 40ºC.

Plain: It has been transformed with the minimum addition of honey, bearing the distinctive flavor notes of our red ruby ​​grapefruits, containing the bitter (bitter/sourish/astringent), flavor and energy of grapefruit in the finish.

With Cinnamon and Sesame: A heartwarming, energizing Orientalist Grapefruit Pesto, with the warmth of cinnamon and the dimension of omega 6-rich locally roasted sesame added to the chewing pleasure.
