Another name for laba from buckwheat is wild chard. This plant, related to Sorrel, grows wild in Feed Life application areas.

The leaves are used in salads, soups and meals. Roasting it with onions and bulgur or making an omelet with our other greens is more than enough for you to enjoy the taste of labada.

*Due to the high content of oxalic acid, its consumption in large amounts can reduce calcium absorption. It is recommended that those who are prone to rheumatism, arthritis, gout, kidney stone problems should consume it carefully.
