We prepare the mixture containing many edible wild herbs such as labada, bird's heart, nettle, hibiscus, coriander, pintle, radish, plantain, wild garlic, freshly harvested and roasted with our cold-pressed olive oil.
You can break eggs on ready-to-eat wild herbs, turn them into soups, and prepare them as a side dish. You can make pasta sauce or fill your pastry and serve it to your guests. All you have to do is take the jar with you to treat yourself to these delicacies, the harbinger of spring, for lunch.
