We traditionally prepare our olives, which we grow with waterless agriculture in our Olive Field Application Land, by adding rock vein salt and turning them every other day. Then we store this special Saddle Olive, which we blend with citrus and lemon and dry in the sun, in our cellar.
We recommend that you take as much as you will consume from the Turunç Sele Olive, which has a high nutritional value and a unique texture and taste, and serve it in a bowl. If you are going to keep it outside of the jar for a longer time, we recommend that you use the olive oil that we collect by hand and cold-pressed method from our application fields in order to prevent possible mold growth .
