Our olive trees yield more nutritious fruits every year, thanks to our agroforestry practices that increase organic matter. Hand-picked black olives lose their bitterness after being sliced by hand. Subsequently, rock vein salt is added to the brine we set up with the lemons and drinking water of our application areas and stored in our cellar by adding a small amount of our cold-pressed olive oil .
We send our sliced olives out of the barrels in our cellar and in a jar upon your order.
