Actual Nutritional Value

on

Dear Supporter,

Being nurturing is trying to understand the reason behind diversity, learning and applying what you have learned. Consider a mother who has just given birth. She is fed daily, digests and metabolizes what she eats and gives milk to her baby as a by-product. The quality of this milk undoubtedly depends on what goes through the mother's mouth, right? But what does the quality of a fruit tree depend on? It depends on the soil in which the tree grows, the nutrients and living things in the soil, whether these nutrients are artificial or natural, their recyclability and the content of irrigation water.

But its nutritional value is not just about chemistry. They are not members of the periodic table, such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium, that support a healthy whole. A tree that is protected from the violence of the hail among the larger and trunked trees is like in the arms of a mother. Thus, the necessary time and space for the development of the fruit on the branch is recognized. This harmony and togetherness supports chemistry.

That's why we don't feel sorry for the naked stance of all the fruit trees blooming on their branches, taken away by the crazy rains at the beginning of summer, and the fruit prices burning pocket. Instead, we rejoice at the various tree seedlings with different tasks that we plant so that they embrace our orchards. As these kinds of seedlings grow, we become mothers to them. We water, mulch and, if necessary, supplement with musts that will increase their resistance to pests.

This week, apart from being a mother to our forests, we experimented with fruit pulp from the ripening fruits of our young plum trees. The plum syrup that we obtained during the production turned out to be a drink worthy of your mouth and a delicious sauce for cakes and pastries. These trial products will also be included in the vaults of our subscriber supporters this month. Remember, feedback is important to our research team.

We have also harvested the last pink grapefruits of 2019, as we remind you that this is the last opportunity to add them to the basket for fresh consumption.

It is about to meet in our nutritious functional forests in every layer.
