Balance

on

Dear Supporter,

Balance refers to the momentary state of different strengths, relationships and nutrients for each being. Most of the time, balance is a combination of positive or negative states required for a plant, animal or human to emerge. The final stage of the positive development process is maturation. Last week, our lemons were at this turning point.

For an economical and nutritious balance, we made the last harvest of our lemons, which we prefer to store on the branch. The months of July and August, when green-leaved plants begin to bloom, are likewise a new turning point for our tables.

Geographical and climatic conditions directly affect the needs of the human body. In our region where the subtropical climate is dominant, it will be time for succulents and solanum (Sun) plants to ripen from now on. It is a suitable period to benefit from vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and fruits such as pears, sour cherries, apricots, peaches, cherries and jujube.

See you at the tables decorated with seasonal varieties.
