Spring came:)

on

Dear Supporter,

With the spring, shoots, flowers and nectar flow accelerated. The seeds we have planted, the pens and saplings we have planted for months are in a race for growth. The shoots and flowers on our trees are very beautiful after a rainy winter. We recently cut off the crown of our pink grapefruits, which we started to vaccinate with orange and tangerine types last March, as their vaccines started to develop rapidly. We still have more than three hundred tree crowns to be grinded, acres of grass to be cut, hundreds of tree saplings to be planted. Many uninterrupted works such as repairing leaks in our drip system, eliminating mulch deficiencies, planting summer seeds and transporting seedlings are waiting for us in the coming weeks. While all this is going on, we are making great efforts to keep the teaming issue at the center of our focus regarding the design, implementation, maintenance, management and dissemination processes of our Functions Forests.

We started collecting our crispy fresh broad beans and asparagus. We send a small amount of bean sprouts and pea sprouts to those who desire. Labada, hibiscus, radish grass at its most exuberant time. We recommend that you do not miss our fresh mint, parsley and rosemary. We can collect Menengic Tree shoots and/or Daily Tree shoots for those who wish. You can fry it with onions and garlic and consume it by squeezing citrus on it, you can boil it and make a cold salad with olive oil, vinegar and garlic, or you can break eggs on it and consume it with green and black olives. We offer Aloe Vera for wounds, bruises, passiflora leaf, lemongrass and lemon balm tea and many more medicinal and aromatic species for those with high stress. from here You can review and order.

We have also harvested about 1.5 tons of Pink Grapefruit, together with the trees whose crowns we cut because their vaccines have developed. With the support of everyone, we wish this magnificent fruit to be metabolized in your bodies without loss. Our Pink Grapefruits have many uses, from peel to fruit, from fiber to oil. Whichever form you choose, we wish you healing.

Greetings and Love from Köyceğiz,

On behalf of the Nourish Life and Functional Forests Team
